Shared terms

The sections below apply across the website and apps. App-specific pages add practical notes where a product needs its own limitation or purchase context.

Website and app use

Use the NextTap website and apps for lawful personal or professional workflows. You are responsible for checking important results before relying on them for health, finance, construction, safety, or business decisions.

Apple App Store terms

Apps distributed through the App Store are also subject to Apple's App Store rules, purchase systems, refund processes, and platform terms.

Subscriptions and purchases

Some apps may offer paid access, Pro features, subscriptions, free trials, or one-time purchases through the App Store. Apple shows the current options and prices before purchase.

  • Where an app offers Pro access, it can be available as monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscriptions and/or a one-time Lifetime purchase.
  • Where a free trial exists, commonly 3 days on the yearly plan, payment is charged at confirmation after the trial.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Subscriptions are managed through the user's Apple ID account settings. Prices may vary by storefront.

Refunds

Refund requests, billing history, payment issues, and subscription management are handled by Apple through the Apple ID used for the purchase.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the website or apps, interfere with service operation, reverse engineer software where prohibited, or use the products in a way that violates law, platform rules, or the rights of others.

Intellectual property

The apps, website, interface designs, icons, names, written content, and software are protected by intellectual property rights and may not be copied, redistributed, or reused without permission.

Availability

Apps and website pages may change over time as features are updated, corrected, improved, retired, or adjusted for platform requirements.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, NextTap is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or apps.

Apple Standard EULA

Unless a separate agreement is shown on an app-specific terms page, App Store apps are licensed under Apple's Standard End User License Agreement. These NextTap terms add practical information about subscriptions, support, acceptable use and app-specific limitations.

For app problems, missing purchases, crashes, permissions, widgets, or setup questions, start with Support.
